Will Simmons Wheels have the offset and the Hole PCD Stamped on the wheels somewhere? As i might be buying some from interstate but i want to make sure the are the right offset and PCD.

No to both of those mate. Go to the simmons website, and get the details of how to measure the wheels, and email them to the guy selling them on ebay

You could also get the seller to get you the serial numbers for each rim, and ring Simmons to try and get them to give you the specs on them.
Might have more luck then I did, I've been waiting a month for a call back, and thats I after I hassled the same bloke 3 times :P

Because they have 5 holes does that mean they will be the right PCD?

This is written in the description.

These wheels will suit any car with a FORD stud pattern. I have had them on a Nissan 300ZX and also a Mazda Rx7 and Mitsubishi Evolution. These wheels will fit most fords, nissans and Mazda's or any other car with similar stud pattern.

Dunno about the RX and the Evo, but I'm 99% sure the 300zx would be 5x114.3, like most other Nissans.
It's really something you should check thoroughly first though.
Especially because offset could be anything.

edit: posted too late :(
yes you could, still doesnt clear up the offset... "having them on" and actually fitting are two different things.
Unless they are dirt cheap it seems silly to use adaptors when you could buy them brand new to fit in any width and size you want.

also gotta make sure the centre hole in the wheel is EXACTLY the same size as the protruding hub, or you will have to get some centre rings machined up which arent really cheap

Do a search, around 30-35mm, cant use a spacer, won't be any stud left, would have to be an adaptor.
