I have seen this mod discussed quite a few times on the forums so there is a guide on doing the mod to your own car. I am not very technical savvy so im not sure how good it is but it looks awesome on that guys car.

the guy on ebay is only selling the tutorial on how to do it so I dont think it would be the same guy.
