Ok Ok im not stupid i know its a blue...
As far as i know my car is Biscyne Blue (Met) but the paint code for that is Q1 and on the build plate of my EF it says Q9 and Q9 is not on this chart i found..

I was told that the car was Biscyne Blue when i bought it but now im just confused.


Can some one help me out? :?

Is that color chart for real? They're that many colors in the ef-el range?

Looks a bit more like M9 not Q9, I'll scan on my EL brochure in a second.

OsbornThomas, there are quite a few colours as EF had colours, EFII got some more EL got a couple more and the only differance between a EL and a EL II is two colours from the AUs (oxford green and cardnial red, G5 and T5 IIRC) , unless of course you got a XR8.

I had this problem with my piece of s**t vn, at autobarn they had this particular colour but the colour code on my car was different by a few numbers.

haha i knew there were differences, but thats pretty insane.
I'm guessing my EF is the LeMans red? and the EL is the hot chilli red?

can we get a pic of the plate of ur car EFII. my bros EFII GLI has K1 and that matches up with a color. either your reading the plate wrong or the car is dodgy

doesnt look arctic

this is apparently arctic

It says Q9 not M9 but it looks M9 more than Q1 :S
