i tried a wrecker today he had heard that e series wagon towbars fitted au wagons can anybody confirm this

due to the excess amount of relpys
i went ahead and tried it
i can confirm yes indeed that a ea-b-d-f-l stationwagon hyman reece towbar will infact fit a au series 2 wagon with no modifications

I would have done the same. Sorry I did see your post earlier, just couldn't give you a definitive answer. So without being sure I thought it best to leave it alone.

Chances are they probably fit right up to BF.
