is it possible to put the BA pedal assembly into a EF. Its for a auto.

yes but requires you to cut the accelertor pedal down as its too big for the ba cover. and you have to drill into the brake pedal.

The BA pedal covers or the BA pedal box? BA's use drive by wire so i don't think you could fit the actual pedals.
