							yeah silicone spray is what i use. dont use crc or wd40. dust and dirt stick to it big time and the rails get end up even more gunky and stuff it up worse.my opinion anyway

							some dude with a el xr8 that i almost bought, but didnt coz it was a bucket of weld-rusted-out s**t.. the windows were pretty much shagged n he said to put talcum powder in there.. hahah no way.

							Think graphite powder is the best alternative here. Apparently ford make a special product, esspecially for this purpose. I can't remember the name of it now but if you do a search i'm sure it'll come up in a few posts. Only probelm is it costs about $80 a can or something, so not exaclty cheap!
 
				I used KY jelly on mine once but they kept going up

				worked well they are moving nicely i think the key is to just re apply whrn they start slowing down

				do i gota remove door trims to lube power windows or can ya just put a bit in where the windows slide up and down betwen the rubbers
