I swear you're just taking the piss most of the time round here.
As for the exterior neons, you dont/cant, there impossible to fit to a Falcon so just dont even attempt it as the car will spontaneously combust upon contact.

Head down you're local Police station, they're experts at fitting blue lights to cars. Tell them what you want to do.
