I need to replace the gear selection globe in my el ghia. is there a process? there are on obvious screws. do i need to remove the t-bar? help a brother out...

nah bud no process, taking the t bat off would be a good option, just slide a flathead screwdriver around the edge of the play and just lightly lift it up, as you may dent, scratch the plastic. just a little t5globe (if thats what they are called)
