putting in the deck from my AU. It's a full 6.1" screen.... Not like it bothers me anyway, I've had boxcars before

Get a BA T-56 conversion for it. You'l need to pull the console back about 4 inches and then the tiny pocket at the front magically becomes a cup holder.

Easy, sorted.

The Cupholder in my EF was stuffed when I got it and it had only done 181,000km. I brought an old EF Fairmont with 368,000km on the clock and that one worked mint! Hardly ever falls down. :)

Hi, having owned to EF's in my time, the best solution is simple - always carry a stubbu holder in the car, keeps drink nice and cold and holds perfectly in these stupid cup holders! Haven't lost a can of coke since.

what i do with my EL's cup holders is use them as change holders etc., my ashtray is an ipod holder and with my drinks, i wedge them in the gap behind the seatbelt buckle and centre console. never had a problem with it whatsoever, haven't had to spend any money. no more cokes backflipping into my passenger's feet.
