Any ideas on what the damage is on a set of the interior woodgrain stripes from the doors?

I dont think that many people would seperate them from the trims. That was the issue that I had when trying to get them In the end, I got a set of NL trims (complete with courtesy lights and window switches) for $120

i got door stripes on my concorde doors...thinking of painting them
