Hey Guys ,

has anyone done a step by step tutorial on custom dial's ,the photoshop part on how to place picture's and stuff properly .. ??

i searched the forums for hours and have not found anything that explains the psd design it self

That's not the sort of tutorial you will find here.
You will need to use photoshop 'online help' and other online tutorials to learn how to use the program.
