Hi

It seems that the drains for my climate control are very, very blocked, or, even non existent.
The first problem I have is I don't know where abouts they are

Can someone please help locate them for me / tell me what I am looking for please?

open bonnet, passenger side, on the firewall below the heater hoses.
1½" black grommet sticking out.
