I am currently wiring in door lamps on my EL Futura. I need to wire it to the ignition key lights as per the tech doc. Can anyone tell me which colour wires I need to splice into or do I need to remove all the steering column covers etc to trace the wiring all the way to the globes. Thanks in advance (again)..

Thanks for the reply. I used that doco as a guide but it gave me no hint of the wire colours to splice into. Unfortunately I don't have any footwell lamps, that would have been easy. Any way if any body is interested, you need to splice into any interior light wires which are Green with a yellow stripe and Black with a blue stripe. Finished both front doors and the rear console light. All working well. Take care and thanks again.
