Hey guys, im looking at doing an interior upgrade before motivation in January. What i was thinking of was putting in a set of BA xr6 full electric seats in to my 1997 EL xr6. Has such a transformation been done before? Im about 6'4 so i cant have them sit to high, and i was thinking of getting the rear seat re trimmed the same color as the BA seats. Can anyone suggest a good retrimmer here in WA?? And maybe somewhere i can get these seats from??

-Cheers

These guys are very good at retrimming. They are mentioned a lot in Perth Street Car mag.

Hell yea I would like to do something like that too! Let me know how it goes.

I'm hoping to get my interior looking something like JetXRs. Does anyone know what kind of seats they are?

JETXR's seats were done byu Auto Image interiors in melbourne, their seats are based on the clubsport ones.

very nice seats, and their work is top notch.
not cheap though.

BA XR seats aren't electric man, only the driver side is electric and its only the seat base which is. If you want full electric you need some seats from a ghia or LTD.

I wouldn't be too fussed with electric seats as such - I just want em to look and feel nice. My interior is a dull monotone grey at the moment.

The drivers seat in the pics you can see is a bit worn but overall are not too bad. I guess retriming them with some nice leather is an option?

That is actually a decent look set of seats. Heaps better condition than most you see.
