My EF didn't, it only had the speedo calibration.

Yours might not be a Police cluster, someone might have thrown the dials on it.

Does it still have the Police sticker on the back of the cluster?

I wasn't going to say anything, but I have a quite a few clusters and none of them have programming with BOTH features EF and EL.
Its one or the other.

and as the tech doco states... the Diag feature has been replaced with the calibration feature.

My police cluster has both speedo calibration AND standard diagnostic mode (coolant temp, gear selection, rpm, voltage etc etc)

Definitely a Police cluster. While mine is an early EF OPT20 I can't see any reason that later models would not have both features as well.
I always thought the doco was correct until I played around one day and got into diagnostics mode. It isn't required to hold the button in for anywhere near 10 secs as per step one.

Oritey!

I just tested all my clusters EF and EL and even one with GT on it.
They all have the Calibration and Diagnostics.

Something I never knew of!

I assume you mean mine? Its an EF Police cluster - I have painted the needles red and the facia silver, it still has the original black dials (EL are Grey) with 2kmh speedo markings..

Now that is interesting, even the factory manual says that only Police clusters do speedo calibration.
