lol

the correct term is called a guarded toggle switch (actually, u can have the guards put on any switch, be it 2 position, momentary etc). There are about 50 installed on a 767 and shock horror...they dont fire rockets

interesting point. You would have to look at the diagram to see. If in either mode (power or econ) it grounds the ECU/trans controller you could use a single pole single throw switch. otherwise, you'll need the single pole double throw switch
