Some may have noticed that we were without Fordmods for a while this morning.

The outage was due to a hardware fault on our access router at Telstra's Chatswood Internet Exchange.

Lets all give Telstra a round of applause :)

With service like that, i think we'd need a $2 billion slush fund for future upgrades to the chatswood exchange before selling Telstra...

I'd be happy if some Level 1 help-guru-wannabe decided to reboot the router at the BEGINNING of the outage, rather than trying it 12 hours later :D
