pfft. with the shift kit?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but on the dyno a shift kit won't make any difference?

won't make a difference.

how is lpg better? just asking because i thought otherwise.

might run the concorde if there is time.

LPG = higher octane :)

how come petrol usually makes more power? is that just from bad tuning?

Yeh, tuning requirements differ greatly between Petrol and LPG. If you were to tune a 4L falcon up for straight LPG use, its power should be comparable to Petrol.

The other thing to take into account is that Petrol has more energy (bang) per Litre than LPG does. But to make up for this, you can raise the compression and advance timing.

Lots of pro's and cons. The (s**t) LPG mixer on my EB has reduced the over-all throttle body size by about 25%. I'll show u @ the dyno day.

hmmm, I've decided right now I'm coming. Plans for tomorrow fell through, and I enjoyed meeting some of you guys last weekend (CBR Show'n'Shine) so I'll make the trip up.

hmmm, idd love to, but i have a feeling when we take the trailer to the dump tommorrow, theres a good chance were gunna see how long the poor cars diff will spin for before it gets grip(the record for the falcon is 25meters in a straightline, without brakes), the dump is mainly gravel roads, and where its not, its some nice slippery corners and tarmac....god i hope its raining lightly, excpet that the dump will reak!!!

say has anyone ever done doughies with a trailer on???, ive done em in the falcon before on gravel, but never with a trailer!!, might get a lil messy hey??, with the trailer sliding everywhere lol.

anyway cya!
