well the time has come to sell unfortunately due to certain circumstances which could be read in off topic if need be.

It is an 03 xr6t with 55,000km on the clock. Receipts for services every 5000km. It is running on 1 month old flawless 18" Advanti Medusa wheels. I have put new F6 typhoon gapped sparkplugs to cope with the 10PSI boost it is running on a capa flash tuner. I have installed a big aftermarket PWR Intercooler worth $860 new. Also has a K&N panel filter. These are the same mods as bogan393, with a pwr cooler instead of wog, and he was dyno'd at 255.5rwkw so expect something similar in power. It is acid rush in colour and is a tip-tronic automatic.

Im asking $26,500

You can find the ad with more details at:

There is nothing wrong with this car, it is nice and it is fast and Ill be very sorry to see it go

I'm pretty sure the flash tuner records a number from your ECU so it can't be used on another car, to do that it has to be sent back to them and they charge a fee to reset it.
Me and a mate were going to go halves in one, but it would have been useless.
I could be wrong on the fact that if you set it back to stock and it may be ok, but best to check with CAPA before having a p****d off buyer.

i was under the impression u had to get capa to clear it aswell as it sets itself to your VIN but I asked a mate who programs and sells the flash tuners and he tells me that aslong as i flash mine back to stock then it will work on other cars.. I will certainly check up tho before selling it

You use the tuner to flash a car, and it's locked to that car until you return said car back to the standard program. After that, you can move it over to another car if you like, but only one car at a time, and you can only do that with three cars. After that, you need to return it to capa for a reset. I've used my tuner on my XT, returned it to stock and flashed my XR6T, and I could do one more so long as I return the XR6 back to the the standard tune.
