I have some thermo fans that i was planning on putting on my ED, but since i don't plan on keeping the car, i wont bother going ahead with the mod.
pickup is in sydney, and i also have the thermal switch kit available, and also the switch that screws into your thermostat housing (non fairmont models only) 70 for the fans 110 for the fans + davies craig switch kit 100 for the thematic sensor+relay with fuse and switch will post pics soon. i will also provide links to how to complete the mod. Should probably note that EF / EL thermo fans are different - they look the same, but are wired up differently - ie high / low speed operation.

The El fans have two black and two red wires [1 of each per fan], I believe the EF has a white or grey extra wire from one of the fans.
This is used too trigger a low speed rate on one fan. I'm told you wire this up with the positive leads to achieve both fans on high speed. I'm not positive about that, but a quick test should sort it out. I'm told you can wire up EF fans with temp switches to perform both high and low functions eg 1 fan low speed when aircon is on, 2 fans high speed for temp control. Best I can do, as I only have ELs here ATM. Paul
