Ride: EL Fairmont Ghia V8 Turbo

Power: 303 rwkw

Location: Melbourne
VIC, Australia

Now she's for sale, i've spent about another $4000 since I last had it as an expression of interest. Had new bushes in the front end, steering rack done and a few other bits and pieces.

1997 EL Fairmont Ghia V8
Genuine Tickford Bodykit
Original 17" EL GT rims with Dunlop SP tread
Extensive engine work - full rebuild, turbo, no expense spared 303rwkw
Intercooled, balanced, BOV, custom manifold, wolf 3D V4
Rebuilt & strengthened auto
RDA slotted rotors/Bendix Ultimate pads
LTD cappaccino interior including electric seats
EL GT steering wheel dyed cappaccino colour
Full electric sunroof (3 years old)
Sony DVD player with Sony 7' motorised screen
Alpine 6" DD drive rears, 2 x 12" Sony subs

* New motor only done around 3000kms since rebuild, car approx. 180,000kms
* Not many parts on this car haven't been replaced
* Very well looked after
* Personalised Plates included

$12,000 since the motor owes me $27,000, all up spent around $65,000+

No tyre kickers, only pm or reply if genuinely interested, no test pilots

I know Vic probably sad to see it go but looks like i'll be starting a new job in a few weeks so i'll be looking for something basically brand new & possibly european.

Forgot to mention suspension is tickford XR. Other things include BF Ghia hood ornament, clear side indicators, cornering lamps, ex cop chaser cluster, probably forgot some stuff

Single GT51R Roller Bearing turbo - the 35/40's bigger brother.

Custom manifolds with cross-over pipe under the front of the auto.

3" dump, cooler piping inlet, outlet and to TB.

Setup has potential for 'more than streetable' figures - the hold back as most know is the block...hence the low-ish boost setup at the moment.

Fuel side is plenty big - 72lb Siemens injectors, SARD fuel reg (1.7:1 ?), Denso (custom in-tank) pump. Just a note - the denso pumps were made as OE pumps on Mazda Cosmo 20b motors...they're on par with Bosch 044 in terms of flow AFAIK.

As much as I reckon Dave should keep the car and get a daily s**t, there's only so much arm twisting I can do lol.

Ah well - luckily it's only an EOI atm :lol:

Free bump *shrugs* :P

jjohnno I do.....here's one from another thread looking pretty dirty though, haven't had a chance to give it a decent cleanup.

Image

Thanks stevo for the info....each time it gets driven (which is daily) it gets closer to keeping it so don't be too concerned yet, don't think anyone will come up with the cash.

Nicko she is a bit of a devil, possibly a lady killer too. Went through a booze bus the other night with no trouble so the cops didn't seem to have a problem with it

Thanks Greg, Andrew, Amber for the kind words - Brett not too late to snap up something already done!!!!!
