not height adjustable, bump and bound adjustment, simply harder and softer adustment, they are a good thing, you will get over the whole adjustment thing pretty quick though you will find 1 setting and leave it there, unless you are doing the occasional supersprint.

Front Koni yellows are definitely height adjustable, via circlips that adjust the height of the spring seat.
