What makes you think its been recently re-co'd???

Cheers

i can't garentee that it has been, how ever the box looks incredibly clean, the fluid looks to be almost new (still very red) and there are absolutely no leaks

apparantly there is a sensor in the dash that detects if there is an accident and deploys the airbag. According to gregorys its around the center console area

That little white knob in the front centre of the dash is for the climate control (ligh sensor), nothing to do with airbags. If it was all models fitted with an airbag would have it.

he's not talking about that, you're talking about the sunload sensor.
on the firewall there is an airbag sensor, similar to the one on the radiator support.
