G'day Ivan.....how do these go fitting behind the factory front bar? Any idea if much cutting is required?

Also what type of power are these suitable for? Can they handle a ~280rwkw supercharger setup? Big or small better for this application?

Cheers

P.S Don't know much about intercoolers!!!!

Dave, you shouldn't have too much of a drama fitting a cooler behind the front bar, i can email you pics of when i did mine.
The only thing that matters is how wide you go, because if you go too wide, it wont fit between the headlights.

hi

couldnt answer the question with a 100% confidence , Not sure

see some of the pics the gentleman offer to u and i belive CHEF is using the same type

I can tell u that the air/condition filter and lines have to be relocated judging from my own vehicle

the smaller 75mm cooler will handle that sort of Kwatts but if these room use the wider one in my opnion

Q. Does anyone else have this style of intercooler fitted to a E series or AU series falcon ?

can u share a few pics with the forum and some description how it fits up to ur car ????
cheers

PS : be crazy not to buy one at these prices

Dave: take a look at Steves intercooler, his is the above size (x76mm) and needed a bit of cutting but still went in nicely.
the major thing that i've found gets in teh way is the aircon bottle thing on the side, mine just nudges it but still slots in ok :)

Dvae, mine should be around the 600mm mark and i think 75mm thick. As long as it will fit between the headlights of your car, then you would be right. Your's might be a little different, but i doubt by much.
I just cut in a little to my front bar to get the cooler in, but never encountered any problems with the air-con compressor.
If anyone needs pics, etc. let me know i can email a few to you guys.
