edit2: fix discrepencies with actual product! OK guys. I just spoke with Ben (stomper). He has all of the intakes (type 1 & type 2) at his place. They require cleaning as they are coated in oil from the bender. They are raw steel at the moment. Dan is planning on cleaning and painting them this week, then picking up boxes from Sam (Mongoose) or Simon (1800REVERSE), so that he can ship them ON FRIDAY THIS WEEK. I will probably call him on Friday unless I hear something. forsaken, if you have an issue with money, ring him directly. he was great to deal with on the phone, and said he did not have your bsb/account details for the refund. i dont want to start a "he said" "she said" war in this thread, so just call him to sort it out, and keep the thread about intakes. What exactly do you mean by painting them? I thought they were supposed to be like a polished finish???? Just curious as to what you are talking about.

Sorry mate i meant in the post made by galapogos.He just says painting them. Stomper also said that mark was doing it so i just wanted to double check thats all.

guys, i have phoned him about 4 times now. he has my bank details in an unread PM on this site!
everytime i call him I get the same story, "busy with work will get around to it soon" i dont know what else to do!! *edit* since October 08 now doofus. calling him again now will see what the story is

Saw stomper last night, he has all the intakes.
I am going to be giving him a hand to paint them and they will be all sent off on monday. Forsaken, As for your refund, I tried doing the DD into your account from my account and it bounced back. Can you please PM me your details again and I will follow it up on monday. I will go to the bank you are with and do it in person, then give you a call when its done.

Oh wow. Its another delay.
You still haven't answered the questions regarding the painting? - Why are they required to be painted? - What color is the end product going to be after being "chemically painted"? - Are either of you experienced painters? If not then why are you and stomper painting them?
