not possitive, but im pritty sure car magazine said that the XR6T was faster than both those. im pritty sure it said the XR6T did Q-mile 13.7 standard, which makes sence, cause they're quite a bit lighter.

also, for those interesed, ford USA's SVT F150 is suppose to do q-mile in 13.2! stock!!

I've read of an XR6T pulling 0-100 in 5.9 seconds, but a stock XR6T will not duck under 14's for the quarter...

Soon to come, a bigger cam! can't wait to get a 14sec pass now!

Powerchip? Would you say the spend was worth it?

It was running 10:1 air fuel ratio so economy and power was down the drain, the chip took it up to 12.1:1 , which gave it a good boost in power and took my E.T. from 15.566 sec. down to 15.061. i did change a couple of other small things like panel air filter and put in a straight through muffler instead of a tri-flow. if i had the extra $600 i'd go a piggyback E.C.U. like a unichip or something similar.

somthing intresting. I ran the 1/4 with my Traction Control turned on. i Did i 15.3 with it on. So i guess it aids in the quarter. i'm not sure if it got triggered or not. Anyway. I can't wait to put on my extractors.

if your a brilliant driver and they're both manual, and your mate in the xr6t is average, you'll beat him.
