i didnt take the car to ford, but ill have to ask them that question, but they told me they all start to go at 100 thou kays, took it to a local mechanic they do a great job, also they fixed up a hose going from the crosover to the throttle body

Well hopefully my car will be ok. That has 103 on it now.

personaly I'd still take the car to Ford get them to plug their diagnostics computer into it, as there might be something more sinister going on.
Also you can get genuine ford coils of ebay for $150 for a set of 6 from memory.

eh i dont mind double posting,
the mechanic i go to has the scan tool they said so they probly already used it, but ill go in and see them soon and see if they can work out if its just one coil or what, as soon as i go to ford to have a look at it they'll want $100 bucks, but 150 for a set is damn cheap! id prefer replace all 6 rather then just run off 5 old ones and one new one... btw mr.kiss, i see your selling your parts, says on ur signature... ur injectors id like and ur actuator, and what about ur exhaust system btw how do i put a pic on my profile and do my signature?

 i'm happy and sad all at the same time,this whole thread perfectly describes my problem with my baxr6t 105kms[lol]only bummer is i only had the car 1wk now, cheers for good info.i was gonna buy new plugs just to be sure,but will hold off now,great site  The line was cracked too,[the sole reason for the miss on boost]thanks people,my only concern is what was said about the coil packs giving up @ 100k,should i be doing these as a precaution,or is that just smart ford marketing,lol |

Man Ford sell the coil packs for $65 bucks each.
I am changing my spark plugs shortly and i am leaving the coil packs until they give trouble.

no worries good to help you for once from all the times u helped me, btw my fog lights went well, i replaced both and i now see why u have to pop them backwards lol

 thats more like the price i like,think i'd do em just to be safe,like that with the plugs ova here 4 180 hopefully should be some good milage with a huge grin,cheers for help,
