yeh did ok. it made 288rwhp (217rwkw)@13psi. but i had couple problems.

4psi wastegate spring and now its tuned i am getting 13psi. it getts to 5psi strait away but slowly creaps upto 13. i know y its doing it though. its because i have my wastegate pipe on a 90 degree angle into the turbine housing. it just doesnt work with a split pulse rear housing.

also couldent get 2 dyno runs with the same boost. so its setup with a safe top end.

but apart from that its getting awsome fuel milage, and is a dream to drive!!

That boost is coming on very slow... it may be the turbo and not the gate. ( or timing ) If anything, a poorly set up wastegate will hold in boost there for making it boost quickly, I wouldnt point the finger at the wasgate just yet... I ve set up some poor flowing wastegates and they've caused lag, just lots of creep.
Needs more dyno time

around 450-500kms to a full tank.

i am pritty sure its the way the wastegate is plumed in.

could also be the turbo i supose.

they would of spent more time on it but theres no point when the boost changes every pull.

anyway i am happy for now.

i gota start looking for a new gearbox and i need to put a new diff in. then i am going to slap a to4z and a good cam in it with the wastegate postion fixed. and try and make a good amout of power

ok, so whats the actual problem here, is it that you are getting 13psi on a 4psi spring?? or is it that you want 13 psi but it takes forever to get there??

if it is that you are getting 13psi when its meant to be 4, i know EXACTLY how you feel, probably seen my thread about my overboost problem.....
