Hi this might seem like a stupid question to the more experienced modders but im gonna put a turbo in my car in next few weeks and i wanna know if its possible to hook up a seperate oil pump/sump with its own feed and drain lines to the turbo? so the oil in the engine sump isn't being fed the turbo? so seperate? if that makes sense

Why? Sounds like you are complicating things. Go with the way that works mate.

You could go 1/2 way by supplying oil to turbo and one of these as return..
http://www.summitracing.com/search/Bran ... ler-Pumps/ It can be returned back to rocker cover... Or the same pump with oil pan, filter, oil cooler etc...
