Bugger about the power steering and aircon lines.

Can you take pics of how they are currently routed (in the E-Series)? I can take pics of how they are routed in the AU if that helps...

Oil Cooler can be left off in the meantime.

When I put the AU eng into my EB I got all the aircon and pwrsteer lines remade to suit what I had in the car.

Pirtek are the guys to see, or Enzed.

Jagga, what computer did you decide to use? That will dictate wether you will use the coilpacks or the dissy.

IMO, it will be easier to use the original computer, and the original distributor/TFI module/coil.

You might be able to adapt/dodgy-up some AU power steering and AC lines, and adapt it to your E-Series engine bay....but TS50EB's advice is probably the best way to go ;)

all the ancillaries of your V8 ef engine should bolt straight to the front of the AU motor

This is correct and is the easiest way to go. Check my 351w into XE post about balancers/pulleys.
Plus you can get underdrive pulleys for the EB-EL setup.

Yes and you could use the AU MAF with your original injectors(AU injectors have a different plug), it won't be perfect but most run pretty good with the AU MAF body with EB-EL hotwire fitted. You'll need to use your original water pump as the AU one has a larger pulley boss.
