Howdy all, just wondering if a exhaust system off a BA GT will fit on a BA fairmont with the 3V heads?

Just make sure you get the 'Y' piece aswell, from memory it's different from the 3v

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what the difference between the 3V exhaust manifolds and XR8 manifolds are? Are the bolt holes or port style or size different? I am looking for some extractors and exhaust system for my 3V but can only find XR8 parts. Is it possible to modify XR8 extractors to fit 3V heads etc? Cheers

I can't remember the exact difference's but at the end of the day it wont fit. There are 3v extractors out there, I don't see why an exhaust shop or local performance shop wouldn't be able to chase one up for you. Worst case give Chris from Bluepower a call and he'll be able to sort something out for you

Cheers The ports are completely different between the two motors. It would be cheaper to buy some pacemakers for your 3V than to modify the factory 4V shortys. |

need to add some length into it then it will fit no dramas unless you want it ending right under the diff
