not sure which light you actually mean [top interior light?] .... you should have at least 4 lights come on when you open ya door, top interior light, light at the rear of the console, passenger & drivers footwell lights. if you lights in the doors [i'm presuming you do] they should also come on.

Sorry it's the top interior light above the right hand side rear door all the other lights come on when I open the door I think the switch is buggered I can hear a buzzing noise inside it the globe does work. The switch doesn't click very well like the other 1.

not sure what you mean by buzzing noise & where it's coming from?. do you mean the light above the rear drivers side door?

sorry i forgot to mention about the lights above the two rear doors  . if it's the light above the rear door .... they do wear altho you can dismantle it and 'play' with the actual internal switch lever. i had to do this with my lights as most i have didn't work correctly.

Yep unless a bee is stuck in your light it shouldnt buzz. Maybe its arcing because of a loose contact as Mad said.
They are s**t switches.

no probs. how did you go?

the light is actually very easy to remove. on the light end (clearish plastic light shines thru) if you look closely right at the end there is a small slot that i put the head of a small screwdriver in to push the clip out of the way so the light can pivot (switch goes down & other end goes up). you can then remove the actual light/switch to replace the globe etc etc or unplug from wiring loom. don't lose loom piece back in headlining as it can be a pain to retreive.
