First pic looks like the cylinder heads have four vertical bars on the front of them - hence GT40P heads.

I was thinking gt40p's to but with the glare wasn't sure.

not look like them as the GT40p heads have a more angled sparkplug design

I wouldnt pay 4500 for a rebuilt 302
Mine was 3800 - mind you its a cleveland and it is good for about 350 |
