LOL @ banarcus. Outside the engine I'm not fussed banarcus its the block, heads and internals I want Ford at the heart of my car.
Jeff I'll still be getting quotes with and without headers. If I can make another 5rwkw from a change of headers I will do it but for 1 or 2rwkw I won't bother. |

Got another reply from APC.
I did ask for X-Force cats and hooker mufflers but he ignored that and went for this system. Quote: To build you a stainless steel twin system with magna flow cats and mufflers
with the magna flow X pipe it will cost you $1750 To build you the same system in mild steel with the magna flow mufflers and cats and X pipe it will cost $1200 |

had the same problem when i wanted to get my system, each place will lead you to what they stock!!! so ended up getting the cat's & muffler "i wanted" & found a place to do the custom system! ......alot would'nt do it because they make alot of there price on the item's i suplied.

Yeah i had dramas with them too when getting quotes many years ago before i started using Dom.
Heard of alot of dramas people had with them too, all first hand no rumours. If you really wanna try someone else try Lee up at Mindarie Exhaust Centre in Mindarie.

I think I'll just try Dom next. Hope he is back at work now.
Will have a chance tomorrow to go up and see him. I'll let him know you recommended him. |

Haven't had a chance yet cause of the kids.
I'll try and make time tomorrow. Might go to the drags on Wednesday too. Its my last day of the holidays so I can get down there early. |

I don't reckon we'll see 13s. I reckon a low 15 mid 14s tops.
Only cause I'm a crap driver. I run how it the car is on the road too so I go with 38psi in the tyres 3/4 tank of 98. If I take a second off my previous best of 15.8 I'll be a happy man and I'll think my money was well spent. See if I set a low goal I never disappoint myself
