^^^ what he said, and ditch the s**t E7 heads for aftermarket iron or alloy jobbies. Allow 3-7k for the above mods, depending on where you get the parts and how much you can do yourself.

How fast do you want to go? How much more power are you looking for?

Take a read through XH5LTWPN's thread about the head and cam upgrade on his XH ute, but adding to that you'll need a new intake manifold, T/body, MAF unit, extractors and exhaust.

*EDIT* Full writeup here:
http://www.fordmods.com/forums/heads-ca ... 43643.html

All up I think he spent around $8000 including the tune.

The biggest problem you've got is that its an EB... So the heads are junk, the cam is junk, the manifold and T/B are junk... all need to be replaced to make some decent power.

get a AU wide mouth snorkle that s**t one you have on that poor EB is doing it no favours. it needs to breath, there is a set of EL GT extractors for sale cheap on the forum for 220 i think the guy was asking that will help with the snorkle.
