Yep I made em 8" wide, they're illegal, and I don't give a s**t.

LOL Why didn't you go the whole hog if you had gone that far, I wanted mine to be widened to 10" or at least 9", I was after a stealth look XF Ghia.

Do you really believe I wanted to stop at 8"? 8-)
It's simply much more difficult to make them 9 or 10". The problem is the drop in for the tyre bead ends up being too far from the edge of the rim to be able to get a tyre on(it was a bit difficult to get it on at 8"). We could have gone for a rear drop in for rear fit but the wheel is only 15" so it wouldn't clear the caliper on the disc rear(if it were drum you could get away with it). I'm going to do another set and this time may add another inch or two to the back side, even though it won't outwardly look any different.

Was having a look at the modified pic and have one question?

Do you plan on going with or without the wing?

Keep us updated if you do the wider ones and it works, hmm Genuine look ESP with 15x10s would look awesome.
