Hi guys im looking at putting a 5.0litre in my el xr6 i was just wondering what i would need if i was going to make it a 5 speed. do i still need to change the dash loom and the tcm ?

The dash wiring doesn't need changing. A 5 speed means no TCM required. If your XR6 was auto there'll be no TCM or wiring there anyway as it's integrated into the EEC on 6 cyls.
