Brett - is this a wet or dry kit? If it is a wet kit - you should't need to touch anything other than the fuelpump.
If it is a dry kit 24's are a must and I would use a adjustable fuel pressure regulator rather than a rising rate regulator to give you the correct fuel pressure across the board - rising rates are a little bit hit and miss.

The std reg is rising rate but 1 to 1 ratio ...I guess true rising rate is over 1 to 1...
It does richen mixture by applying gas pressure to reg thereby raising fuel pressure as they work 38 Lb above atmo/ inlet pressure much like turbo's or s/c...With up to 100 h.p you should be right but close plug gaps to around .035 and retard timing approx 4 * from what you run on street...If you can...Colder plugs too ....
With adjusting fuel pressure higher works too but needs dropping back to run on street...A better fuel pump would be recomened...

Sydney has turned on an absolute shocker of a day, p****d down and was called off as at 1600hrs. But on the upside got the thing tuned and tested at C+V's. Well with the 46jet, made a lazy 207.3@the wheels, but had ingition problems(gapping the plugs down to 20thou once it cools). Heres the shocker tho, fitted a 53 jet and for 1 run it spun 219.7rwkw. Problems with mixtures, so will have to await the 24lb injectors and the get those plugs sorted. All things being equal, will be at WSID next wednesday. Will keep you all advised

Ok Guys and Girls. The 5.0 was tuned today at C+V. The MAF and Injectors arrived from EDXR8(Thank you grant). The under drives are on. The result. Stock heads 140.2 rwkw with no NOS, but here is the awesome part. With a 46 Jet, no leaning out problems and the ignition Finally sorted she turned 220.7rwkw. And to see how silly i am we fitted a 53 jet(again) and she made 240rwkw, but with ingition problems. So does any1 have an MSD lying around to suit one of the motors, or does any1 have a multicoil set up as used on the 96 US Explorer.
By the way 2morro is WSID so here's hoping the weather holds. Then i will be able to give you some before and after times
Regards
Brett
