i wont to reset the computer in my BA XR8 can some help me with some step s i should take

Reset as in; erase the adaptive tables and start again or reset as in; go back to the stock cal after a reflash?

Assuming an SCT flash tuner? Plug it back in(you should have the stock cal in one posi)and flash the stock cal back in.
Otherwise you'll have to take it to Ford to have a stock cal programmed in.
