will both the noisy or quiet gear drive option fit on EB-AU 5.0s? Or are these only for the oldschool 302 windsors. Will the ECU stuff up if I put this in? Any gains even if its 0.5 kw?

Going back years ago a lot of guys wouldn't use them, one of the main reasons was if the engine back fires the chain gives, gears don't!

I knew a lot of guys in drag racing back then, nobody used gears.

His rollers aren't bad for $340 aus inc shipping.

late 5.0's need a spacer between the end of the cam and the gear.
If I were to use one I'd use single idler type.
If you really want the ultimate use a belt drive but they cost lots and need a special timing cover which is why they cost lots .
