What external and internal differences are there bbetween these two engines? I wanna order some aftermarket brackets and pulleys from the states...

Are you talking U.S 5.0L HO vs Aussie 5.0L HO?
If so there is no difference apart from intake direction, headers, rocker covers and lack of air pump on Aussie engines.
What brackets do you want to buy?

i need the bracket to replace my air conditioning, the bracket on aussie ho's that holds the power steer is different between air con and non - air con, i notice that ford racing make a pulley to replace the air con. I got a pulley from my local ford dealer and its not even close to matching the air con bracket

Just buy a shorter serpintine belt..Or make a bracket that makes idler pulley adjustable...
The one under alternator where air pump would be in U.S engines...
