raffy, just like what mick said, find one on ebay. If you want to find really cheap bits for your windsor, consider going to ebay.com and swindle a deal for a AU size one. Your car without a MAF will mostly start and idle but will run like the proverbial as previously mentioned. Your timing map right now would be less than ideal too even whilst running LPG.
Even try getting the ECU to spit out some codes for other possible dead sensors too so that you can kill 2 or 3 birds. |

the guy at new oak ford had to check 3 times when i asked......$2133.00 was the price he gave me for a standard maf for a '97 nl 5litre.
no wonder alot of young guy's go holden , as parts are cheaper. |

 Brand new Genuine Ford MAF for $275.00, and it even has the flyscreen mesh  He has 10 available.
