I'm gathering this is the motor out of the car EBTS50 is selling.
If its the 200kw T series motor, it'll be worth a bit more than a grand. The heads and manifold alone would be worth over 1k. Let alone a motor that goes with them. I'd say around 2k at least. If not more. |

I saw a 200kW AU motor (red engine cover?) at a local wreckers for $3000 recently, complete.
That's still good value, considering the cost of building one. Mike

i picked up a 220 motor for my ef.for 4k but that came with a trans computer loom all accesories. tail shaft headers. etc...
does this motor come with accesories or is it just a block,heads etc. keep in ming. if it has the EDIS setup still there is quite a bit or buggering around to either loom match it or change the front end accesories. i had to change balencer. coil packs to distributor, headers, comp and loom. throttlebody(my choice) and a few other bits and pieces. oh asnd the little loom thingi from the trans to the loom near the window washer bottle. b sure u have a budget set. and u know what u need if this is the case coz i didnt and i have had a heap of dramas. lol altho its been good to learn the stuff i have involved with it... jagga

The guy is after high 2k mark, for a whole car, not just the motor.
Some of the guys are obviously working out if the motor is worth buying the whole car for. |

If not more. Yeh looking at buyin it! should scrape on by with cash if i buy it! just havent got anywere to put it till i sell it! So yeh just researching sellability!
