I own a EB XR8 manual 5 speed and the spring on the clutch pedal has gone I have a new one but can't see where it hooks on to the pedal frame work could anyone help me?

Yer the spring atatches to a hole in the midle of the clutch pedal and the other end of the spring goes to the fire wall.

Thanks guys I all so found out that the cable had broken, the pedal works even with out the spring all going fine now.
 Sorry for the slow response have bieng on Holidays, again thanks for the help
