my brother just bought super lows for the rear and lows for the front could some one please help me as i am having trouble taking the rear springs out is there any easy way as all i have been trying to do is compress them but they just wont come out of there seats thanks

yeah ive taken the shock out and then jaked up the spring as far as i can placed the spring compressors on and slowly let it down but the ends of the spring just wont come out from the seats

mm have u looked to see if there is a retaing clip of some sort?
or maybe tried to move teh spring around?

Finally managed to get one out will do the rest tomorrow.
