							i have a rounded off bleed nipple on the front right side of my bf mk11 ,does anyone know the size of the nipple so i can buy a new one before i attempt to remove the buggered one? 
				i know the spanner size is 10 mm, but the thread size and length i don't know. any help will be appreciated. cheers  |

							Get some speed bleeders from the US.  You'll want the SB1010S for a Falcon (the Commodore uses the longer SB1010). 
				With these, you'll be able to flush and bleed brakes on your own. They have a valve inside them, so you loosen them, pump the pedal and then go tighten them up. I've been using them for a few years on taxis and haven't had a problem with them yet. They make my life a hell of a lot easier. http://www.speedbleeder.com/size.htm With loosening brake nipples, I start with a 10mm six-sided socket if they are on tight and haven't been loosened for ages - the six-sided socket won't rotate and round off the nipple. The speed bleeders use an 11mm spanner or socket.  |

							I use anti-sieze compound on the threads of the bleeder nipples so they don't get rusted in place. 
				That also helps seal the threads a bit when using a vacuum bleeder.
