it can be done ... but it's not quite a straight swap ie wiring to be fitted with ecu/gearbox ecu fitment

When you swap it over I would like to buy your 3 speed shifter surround T-Bar Quadrant from you for my 3 speed DA which is cracked.

3 speed is not computor controlled.

BTR 4 speed auto is. Requires the seperate computor to the ECU for the 4 speed as per the EA/EB.

EF/EL has the auto control in the ECU.
