I'm servicing my 02 BA XR6T and want tips on how to change the gearbox oil (manual). I've got no idea how to do it because I've taken my car to a mechanic to service my car in recent times, but I rather do all servicing myself now.

Also, which oil is recommended?

I changed the engine oil and oil filter already.
