hey all
just checking how difficult & time consuming a complete disc-to-disc swap is for an EF!  its EF --> EF so no control arm/handbrake issues etc
hoping to get it done this weekend!

 cruisy job, with a mate helping you, should only take 2 hours at max (including stubbies).

fraser i would suggest u get all the bushes repalced with nolathane whiel the diff is out
ir the control arm's
make the car much more "tight" and u will not have to worry abotu it ever again

yeah, easy conversion... if you have the right tools should be a very quick swap over hoping you don't run into any problems.

did it 2 weeks ago on my EL, very easy compared to other cars as the rear brake lines arent on the diff, so no bleeding reqired
handbrake easy to, took me 3 hours but had help of my young lad, so was showing him stuff and telling him what to pull apart etc

eeek you must be a freak. I can barley carry it myself, let along manoeuvre it into position AND bolt it up.
                      
Also don't forget to change your speedo sender to keep you and Mr. Plod away from each other. @Steady ED HELL YEAH IT IS WORTH IT.
