EB Car not Starting After Manual Conversion

Yeah the manual should be in on friday night or saturday morning yeh me!!! it should of been done in sunday but i went to that warwick farm deally.... was good!

A question regarding conversion the AUTO TCM unit sits were the clutch should be so i assume i would be removing it but do i trace the TCM loom and remove that aswell??

Wiring should i just follow voxace's guide minus the risitors and plug... cheers Geoff

Hey Folks just an Update..... I got the Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, G'Box, Tailshaft, starter motor in and clutch pedal,

i just got to install the radiator and shorud etc etc fill up with oil and coolant, tighten some bolts and she will be a manual (yippee)

i have started to write a doco on it just got to finished it off tomorrow night and i will post it up

Help Car not starting i removed the tcm, and removed the round plug and turned the other loom into the reverse switch and nuetral switch car not starting

I found this on that ford-tech doco....

So, find the starter relay, then on pin 86 (read the underside of the relay) you should find two orange/black wires (colour and number may vary - PLEASE make sure you know which relay it is!). Cut these wires off an earth the ones on the relay side of the cut. I just soldered a wire to them and ran it round to the negative terminal on the battery, but a screw thru the body somewhere should work just as well.

Now, the car should start!

For the wiring to fool the car to thinking the auto is in neutral, wouldn't the car need to have the TCM still fit up?

The other thing that my starter dropped down off the sway bar while me and dad grabbed a drink.... would this of damaged the starter....

does any one have a picture or diagram of the wiring of the manual switches cheers
